The Paderno 15600 series line is made with a three-layer system: an inner layer of satin-finished stainless steel sheet, an intermediate layer of aluminum, and an outer layer of polished copper. This design ensures even heat distribution during cooking. The pots have a thickness of 2 mm, and the handle is made of stainless steel with stainless steel rivets. They are suitable for use on all types of stoves except induction and can also be used in the oven. However, they are not suitable for dishwasher use.
