SOUP PLATE 20 CM, CA' D'ORO VENEZIA 1600 - GEMINIANO COZZI According to tradition, the foundation of the city of Venice dates back to March 25, 421, the day when, according to the ancient collection Chronicon Altinate from the 11th century, the first stone was laid, marking the beginning of the settlement process in the area of Rivus Altus or Rialto (an island slightly higher than the others), along with the consecration of the Church of San Giacometo. In 2021, Venice is therefore celebrating its 1600th anniversary ab urbe condita. The historic Venetian brand, Geminiano Cozzi Venezia 1765, has decided to participate in Venice's celebration by dedicating a special exclusive and sought-after collection to it.
