The Global G-10 is a specialist ham and salmon slicer, featuring a long, thin, and slightly flexible 31 cm blade designed specifically for slicing smoked salmon, trout, or cured ham. Its razor-sharp edge ensures ultra-thin and even slices, ideal for elegant presentations.
The ergonomic G Series handle provides a secure grip, with a short unsharpened area near the bolster for added safety. This is the longest knife Global produces—too long for most knife blocks or drawers, so we recommend storing it on a magnetic rack.
