The Global G-13 Carving Fork is designed for Western-style roasts. The sharp prongs hold the meat securely while you carve, and the strong structure ensures full control for perfectly even slices. Made from the same materials as the G Series knives, it features the iconic ergonomic sand-filled handle for balance and comfort.
An excellent match for the G-3 carving knife, it forms a complete and elegant carving set. For a compact alternative, the flat G-24 carving fork is also available, easier to store but less practical in use.
