Practical manual pasta extruder, compact and versatile, designed to prepare 5 different pasta shapes: Bucatini, Fusilli, Maccheroni, Maccheroncini, and Rigatoni.
It is made of food-grade ABS and polycarbonate, which are durable and safe for health.
The dies and the arch are made of chrome-plated steel to ensure perfect pasta every time.
To change the dies, simply turn the crank counterclockwise for a few turns, lift the arch and the top cover. Once the locking ring of the dies is unscrewed using the provided key, you can place the preferred die. After screwing the ring back on, the die stays securely in place.
Regina should not be placed in the dishwasher. Its components are modular, so it's sufficient to disassemble them and let them dry for a few hours. Afterwards, you can remove any pasta residue using a brush and a wooden stick. The machine should always be stored in its box.
