The patented system of FOGACCI® vapor control® involves the use of a double wall made of 18/10 stainless steel that creates a space where steam is formed. Thanks to a special valve, the amount of steam and the temperature inside the pot are regulated to cook food gently and evenly, without the risk of burning. This cooking method allows food to be cooked without direct contact with the heat source, maintaining a constant temperature that never exceeds 105°C. In this way, food is protected from heat alterations and flavors, nutritional principles, and nutritional values remain unchanged. FOGACCI® vapor control® is the ideal choice for a healthy and tasty kitchen, where food quality always comes first.
