The patented system of FOGACCI® vapor control® involves the use of a double wall made of 18/10 stainless steel that creates a space where steam is formed. Thanks to a special valve, the amount of steam and the temperature inside the pot are regulated to cook food gently and evenly, without the risk of burning.
