"Outline" are the signed milling boards by Grattoni. The object is a unique piece, never one the same as the other, square-shaped and with a milling. The peculiarity of this cutting board/plate is its resistance up to 80° in the oven, making it perfect to rest meat after cooking without losing the meat's heat. Handcrafted by skilled artisans, the object enhances the natural characteristics of the wood. The product is customizable with laser engraving technology.
The boards are entirely made in Italy, with Friulian or elm or walnut wood. They can be used as cutting boards but also as underplates to set the table in an original and unique way.
Material: Italian elm wood
Use: To be used in the oven only if completely dry
Maintenance: As handcrafted cutting boards, it is recommended to pass a cloth soaked in vegetable oil over the entire surface every 2-3 months. Let it rest for 2 days after this step
